潘帅,男,1993年生,辽宁葫芦岛人,博士,辽宁工业大学内聘副教授,硕士生导师。20251月毕业于东北大学,获工学博士学位。曾获生产力促进奖,主持并参与辽宁省博士科研启动、松山湖材料实验室样板工厂、辽宁省中外合作、辽宁省第四批科技计划定向等科研项目。在Materials CharacterizationVacuumMaterials Letters等国际主流期刊发表论文7篇;申请发明专利1项,具备良好的学术引领能力和行业技术影响力。

研究方向:半固态短流程加工技术;铜合金及复合材料;真空冶金技术及装备开发。
